Weiss Associates offers a competitive benefits package, including bonus incentives; 401(k) program; medical, dental and life insurance. These benefits are prorated for regular part-time employees who work a minimum of 21 hours per week. Our benefits package consists of:
Group Medical and Dental Insurance
Medical and dental insurance are available for staff, eligible spouses, domestic partners, and dependent children.
Long term disability insurance is provided to staff after six months of employment, and the premiums are fully paid by the Company. Life insurance can be purchased by employees for themselves and for their spouses and children. Information on benefits and rates is available from the Human Resources Department.

Paid Time Off
Employees receive nine paid holidays per year, including their employment anniversary date, which is earned after the completion of one full year of employment. Vacation is accrued each pay period, beginning upon hire. Employees begin accruing sick leave after completion of three months of employment.
Weiss Associates values the loyalty and dedicated service of its staff. Our performance bonus program rewards exemplary performance with year-end cash bonuses for eligible employees, in years when profits are sufficient and management allocates a portion of the profits to employees in the form of cash bonuses. Excellent fiscal management has resulted in funding our performance bonus program every year since its inception.
Commuter Check Program
Weiss Associates participates in the Commuter Check Program, which allows employees to purchase Commuter Checks with pre-tax dollars for use with participating public transit service providers.
