Principal Hydrogeologist

Mr. Devany is a Certified Engineering Geologist and Hydrogeologist with over 28 years of experience in groundwater and vadose zone investigations and remediation. For the past 26 years, he has focused on soil and groundwater cleanups at several CERCLA sites in California. During this time, he has managed projects involving evaluation of remedial technologies and alternatives, contaminant removal actions, site characterization, hydrogeologic interpretation, aquifer testing, contaminant transport modeling, extraction well design, NPDES compliance, storm water management, risk assessment, community relations, and evaluation natural attenuation for contaminated soil and groundwater. Mr. Devany has over
ten years of experience managing, treating, storing, and disposing of RCRA hazardous and
radioactive waste.
