Mr. Kolekar is a California licensed professional engineer and a LEED-accredited professional with more than 10 years of hands-on remediation management and civil design experience. He has designed full-scale remediation systems and feasibility studies, designed and implemented large soil excavations, and supervised construction. His expertise includes engineering management, design and installation of dual-phase extraction, soil vapor extraction, pump-and-treat, and air sparge systems; short-term remediation and pilot studies; environmental compliance and permitting; preparation of civil design plans, specifications, and engineering cost estimates; and construction oversight.
