Agata Sulczynski

Senior Project Manager

Ms. Sulczynski has 15 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary environmental planning and regulatory compliance projects. She currently manages a wide array of projects. Her regulatory experience includes support for CERCLA and state-led remediation work, regulatory reporting, negotiations with regulators, and development and implementation of compliance programs. She conducts environmental audits and assessments and CEQA/NEPA analyses. She has obtained permits for industrial facilities. Ms. Sulczynski has designed and conducted training instruction on topics ranging from safety to corporate environmental liability. She has developed emergency response operation plans and conducted industrial hygiene monitoring of hazardous materials and radioactive contamination. She has performed legal work on water rights, development, forest management and recreation issues.
